Residential Pool Barrier Requirements in Sarasota, Manatee & Pinellas Counties
The State of Florida has put forth pool safety requirements for all residential swimming pools. Sarasota, Bradenton and Pinellas Counties follow the same state-mandated pool safety requirements: Florida’s statute Chapter 515, Section 29. One of the layers of protection required by the law is a 48-inch-tall pool safety fence that isolates the home from the pool.
